Hailing from the South Side of Chicago, The Fisticuffs music consists of songs about a great many sins, hard work, heritage at home and abroad as well as life on the South Side of Chicago. Their shows come to life with their high-energy performances that bring a little something for everyone.

Since the release of their first album, The Fisticuffs did away with the electric guitar and replaced it with an acoustic guitar to take their music in another direction that leans more heavily on folk. Not only did this add another dimension to their sound, but their shows remain just as lively as before. Performing both traditional and original songs, this is a band that really livens up whatever venue they play.
