Angus Mohr is a Celtic band that certainly appeals to a variety of demographis: young or old, families, punks and gramdmothers alike. They all enjoy their sound. What sets them apart and makes them so appealing is that the band is a whirlwind of bagpipes, Irish whistles, electric guitars and heavy drums. It makes for quite an exciting and dramatic show.

Hailing from the Highlands of Colorado, this Celtic rock 'n roll band brings emotionally charged performances to every venue they play. Not only do they maintain a traditional feel by using traditional Celtic instruments, but the band adds it's own American flavor in the tradition of rock 'n roll. Angus Mohr writes original music that incorporates both the traditional Celtic sound with the stylings of today's rock 'n roll, resulting in a unique and exciting blend of music that carries over to the crowd. Certianly worth a listen.
