What started off as a band of five college friends known as Whisky Before Breakfast in 1995, turned into something else. But it wasn't without hardships. Whiskey Before Breakfast had dissolved by 1998. Two of the founding members, Aron and Iain, with their drive to continue to play, formed Prydein in 1999 with three new bandmates. What emerged was a new sound that was so different from their previous band that they decided to take it a step further. Prydein bridges the gap between celtic music and ska, rock, funk, hip hop as well as more traditional stylings but all with an amazingly high energy. Prydein brings forth their own brand of Bagpipe Kilt-Rock with dazzling harmonies and energetic settings to bring any festival to its feet.
